I hope you enjoyed this series on the life-margin wheel. I hope that this series would be a guide for you and that you can use it as a guide for your team! We covered a lot of areas, and results won’t happen overnight. Implementing the life-margin wheel method into your life takes time, and it happens one step at a time. Start small, and work your way up. This is why I created a visual, to show you how it all flows together. There will be times where we might be killing it at work, but our soul-care is struggling. We will not always be killing it in every area. The purpose of this series is to help bring light to the areas of weakness that God is calling us to upgrade in.
Because when we are healthy, our team will be healthy, our families will be healthy, and everything we touch will thrive and be successful. It starts from within. Every section on the life-margin wheel matters.
We start first thing in the morning with how we wake up, then we invest in our personal life. Establishing a morning routine, investigation into personal development, podcasts, and exercise, then we invest into our work/ministry, then we close out our day at work so that we can invest into our families, then we invest back into our soul, allowing God to heal us, refresh us, and prepare our bodies for rest.
My challenge for you is to go through this series and review it. Take notes on what stood out to you. Write out specific areas you would like to grow in, and then write out a plan to take one small step at a time.
I believe in you, and the health of your soul is worth protecting. You are more than what you do. You are more than what you produce. You are valuable, seen, and loved by God!
