My guess is if you are reading this, you want to grow as a leader. You don’t want to settle for less than what God has for you. You don’t want to settle for mediocracy. You don’t want to just exist. You want more out of this life. If you want to be unstoppable, it’s going to require more than just a good vision. Being unstoppable starts with your mindset and it carries into your daily rhythm.

If you want to be un-stoppable, do these 5 things:

1. Be quick to act

Over-analysis causes paralysis, if you want to keep up the momentum, you’re going to have to learn how to be quick on your feet. You have to trust that you hear from God, and He will lead you in peace. When we allow doubt and fear to come in, it often throws us into a swirl and leaves us confused. Don’t be that guy. Take time to get wisdom and counsel, then make the decision and see where it leads.

2. Become internally motivated, not externally

If you want to be unstoppable, you can’t rely on feelings or your environment. You will have to become motivated by your vision and continue making steps toward your vision, even when the feelings fade away.

3. Spend an hour a day in personal development

Invest 1 hour (if possible) every day in personal growth and development. Whether that’s a call with a mentor/coach, reading a book, listening to a podcast, or learning a new skill.

4. Overcome obstacles

“History has demonstrated that the most notable winners usually encountered heart-breaking obstacles before they triumphed. They won because they refused to become discouraged by their defeats.” — B. C. Forbes

The best way to overcome obstacles is to not avoid them. In this article from Life Hack, it says “The first thing to do is not avoid the obstacle in front of you. Don’t stick your head in the sand and just hope it gets better. Avoiding problems generally makes them worse because small problems now will oftentimes become bigger and unmanageable later.”

When you hit an obstacle, take it head-on. Don’t avoid it, but look at it as a growth opportunity.

5. Choose a healthy lifestyle

Believe it or not, choosing healthier options, working out, spending time outdoors, eating out less, and having boundaries with social media has a huge effect on your mental health, which will overall make you more un-stoppable. The best way to begin some of these habits is to establish an evening and morning routine. When we get enough sleep and plan for our nights + mornings, we are much more likely to make healthier decisions throughout our day.

So here are my 5 tips on how to be unstoppable, I hope you are encouraged and motivated to continue growing as a high-capacity leader.
