As an Everything DiSC Authorized Partner, I offer Workplace Solutions that include assessments as well as workshops. I am also an Affiliate and Licensed Trainer in association with Coach Approach Ministries. Coach training is not just for people that want to become professional coaches but also for the leader that wants to use coaching skills to lead more effectively.
This two hour workshop trains habit based leadership and implements its use for organizational & personal success. Small investments, consistent performance, over time, leads to exponential growth.
This workshop is geared toward helping leaders and volunteers increase their communication effectiveness. What would your team, business, or ministry look like if your workers were better listeners, encouragers, and asked better questions? All three are coaching skills and can be trained. Not only will participants learn to relate better with your target audience, they will understand how to communicate more effectively in every relationship they have. This course in interactive and fun. It will not only train the skills, it will also build chemistry.
This workshop will assist attendees in the process of finding and understanding their own unique design. Once a person understands themselves, they gain an understanding of how others are designed as well. This workshop involves pre-work. Personality Profile, Gift Discovery, Strength Discovery, High Performance Patterns, Birth Order are tools that may be used in a particular setting.

Based on best practices, Work of Leaders connects to real-world demands, generating powerful conversations that provide a clear path for action.
The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team
This workshop has one simple goal – to create a learning experience that will help individuals and organizations reveal what it means to build a truly cohesive and effective team in the most approachable, competent and effective way possible. Powered by Everything DiSC®, the profiles help participants understand their own DiSC® styles. Bringing together everyone’s personalities and preferences to form a cohesive, productive team takes work, but the payoff can be huge—for individuals, the team and the organization.
Listening is the ability to receive, interpret, and respond to verbal messages and body language in ways that are appropriate to the purpose. The Personal Listening Profile identifies five listening approaches: Appreciative, Empathic, Comprehensive, Discerning, and Evaluative. The individual who discovers their natural listening approach and gains insight into the listening approaches of others will prove themselves invaluable to the team. The workshop, done with a team approach, brings about the ability to: enhance communication, reduce conflict, strengthen customer relationships, develop leaders, improve leadership effectiveness, and boost productivity.
501-Intro to Coaching
This course provides an overview of the theory and skills of coaching. Time will be spent understanding how coaching works, a process for coaching, and basic skills utilized in a coaching relationship. 16 hours.
502-Establishing a Dynamic Coaching Relationship
This course focuses on creating dynamic coaching relationships. Focus is given to orienting around areas of strengths and high performance patterns. This course introduces the students to establishing a coaching practice and ethical issues in coaching. 16 hours.
503-Coaching for Change, Transition and Transformation
This course focuses on coaching people through differing types of change including pro‐active change, transitions, and transformations. The course integrates biblical and theological rationale and reflection in understanding coaching in relationships and disciple making. 16 hours.
504-Coaching as a Learning Catalyst
In the coaching relationship, the coach is a learning partner focused on the growth of the person being coached. This class provides information on learning styles, cognitive preferences and learning processes to generate powerful results in the person being coached. 16 hours.
