Every consulting package is different. However, organizations typically walk through a similar strategy development exercise. This strategic process entails four distinct steps:
- Discovery: Through partnerships we currently offer a number of workplace tools and assessments to help to identify the culture and DNA of your team.
- Diagnose: Following the Discovery phase, we are able to identify opportunities for growth with individual leaders as well as functioning teams. Once identified, we will have the information to develop a strategy for progress.
- Develop, Transform, and Transition: I will provide training, workshops, and coaching for the individuals was well as for the team as a whole, which will serve to enhance the leadership capacity of your team. These steps will allow you to develop leadership skills, identify interpersonal needs, and address transitional challenges.
- Measure: Typically our clients see a quantifiable, measurable result within the first six months of engagement. The criterion of evaluation is typically set in advance in consultation with the client.
